In the case of on-line consultation or application forms, this information will be processed with the finality of managing the services offered, processing applications and carrying out administrative tasks, either directly by ES AMERICAN SCHOOL (GLOBAL AMERICAN SCHOOL INC. SUCURSAL EN ESPAÑA) or otherwise via companies of the group to which it belongs (i.e. TENNIS & FRIENDS, S.L.), which are dedicated to the children’s education as well as tennis training.
The data contained in the same may also be used to send commercial or advertising information, via ordinary or electronic mail, in relation to services that we may consider may be of interest to you, provided that this is the finality of the processing of the personal data of the user, with the latter having been previously informed of this or, otherwise, provided that the consent of the same has been obtained.
We will not provide personal data to third parties without your consent. However, your personal data may be communicated to third parties for compliance with legal, administrative and fiscal obligations.
The processing of personal data will be based on the user consent.
